  • Did you stage and edit your home to sell?   Buyers need to feel an emotional connection to your home.  There is a reason new home builders spend so much money on their models. We live in our homes differently than when we sell them.  Consider hiring a professional stager or hire a realtor who will assist you in staging and editing your home.

If your home doesn’t accurately show up in the MLS searches, you get fewer buyer showings; longer market times, a lower sales price and possibly an expired listing because your condo never showed up on the MLS searches!
